In Africa he is a strange site. Because of my beliefs, I feel the same among creative types.

Since the inception of my website, 2 and half years ago, I’ve kept something about me in the dark.

Alas, it caused writer’s block, preventing me from consistently creating content and clearing the production line. I’ve discussed with friends whether or not I should disclose my secret. Should I reveal the truth and risk rejection or remain stifled? To be or not to be, me.

Of course, I started this site to promote the Creed of Kings Saga, Blood & Soul, and future writings or creative endeavors.… Read more

Before I was in the 2nd grade, I would ride my bike across town with out any fear whatsoever. I had a sandbox under a willow tree where I conducted ‘huge’ battles with little army men. I would build fortresses, rivers and bridges then tear it all down and build it up again the next day.

My next door neighbor had mini-bikes and we rode them all the time. We would do the Tarzan yell to locate one another during the day.… Read more

The most predictable people in the world are those desperate to be like no one else. They confuse separateness with originality. I was watching the hipsters gather at the coffee shop tonight. They were bringing their instruments and wearing vans, and t-shirts with ironic statements—I don’t think a one of them weighed over 180, thrift wear, tight pants, and tight jackets included sopping wet. One guy had a short hairstyle reminiscent of a sixties supermodel – you know… the silhouette of his head would look like a light bulb.… Read more

You are a menace. A walking pestilence. – Dr. Zaius.

Welcome to my blog, I am the walking pestilence. “A Speaking Human” is derived from Charlton Heston’s character, George Taylor from Planet of the Apes. The quote by Dr. Zaius sounds like Bill Maher talking to Rush Limbaugh.

Doesn’t it seem like we conservatives are a shocking paradox to the Council of Liberals as Taylor was the Council of Apes? He was a speaking human!… Read more

Modern Liberals are content to bask in the afterglow of the Supreme Court decision on Obamacare, waiting for utopia to arrive; meanwhile government grows (16,000 new IRS agents) to a fleet of Titanic ships and the icebergs of reality lurk ahead. Their ships flags wave politically correct euphemisms celebrating their murder of the selfish goose that laid the golden egg: free enterprise. And we conservatives feel like exiles in our own country.

The movie was full of cheesy teenager moments, but I loved it. The world creation had a bit of the Star Trek (The James T. Kirk Generation) papier-mâché look, too clean, too slick in some places. I think they tried to create the look of an authentic world, but the attire looked like something the people stepped into just before the camera rolled.

Even so, I did enjoy the movie. The female lead was a realistic protagonist.… Read more

What the post-constitutional America is teaching us via its institutions and entertainment outlets, is that one ought to be envious, rather than ambitious. Ambition has became a dirty word, along with profit. Thus, we have these Occupy Wall Street people covered in the fungus of envy, wanting take and destroy the fruits of ambition and profit because they’ve been brainwashed to assume ambition is ALWAYS misused just because there are poor people in the world, a marxist motivation 101, but we don’t know, because we are politically stupid and ignorant people, pass the popcorn.… Read more

I’ve found some good movies on Netflix. I end up watching a lot of foreign films.

Max Manus

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Manus_(film) < this is one of the best war movies I have ever seen. I highly recommend it. Norwegian, english subtext.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbK4WTQFf9U < here’s the trailer. I gave it 5 Stars on Netflix. It was refreshing to watch a non-Hollywood war movie. After the 70s, I think Hollywood made 2 or 3 war movies I actually liked. The reason war movies are not the hits they could be, is because they are so anti-military, anti-hero, usually.… Read more

I am so sick of this kind of idiocy.

First, a businessman with any sense should already know that the US Governement is a bloated, corrupt, debt-ridden ship of fools when it comes to spending.   Why give THEM money?   There are plenty of other avenues where the funds would be better used.

Second, instead of having the already out-of-control government MANDATE higher taxes to fuel their spending orgies, these millionaires could just VOLUNTARILY DONATE as much as they wanted!
